RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Effective date: August 1, 2026
Because each Peanut Gallery Ceramics piece is handmade, often one of a kind, and carefully represented through photographs and written descriptions, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, color preferences, size expectations, or the natural variations associated with handmade ceramics.
Order cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, email peanutgalleryceramics@gmail.com with your name and order number.
After the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, an order cannot be canceled or refunded. An order that has already shipped cannot be canceled, even if the request was submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at email peanutgalleryceramics@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
• Your name and order number
• Clear photographs of the item
• Photographs of the exterior and interior packaging
• A photograph of the shipping label
Please retain the item and all packaging while the claim is reviewed. Depending on the circumstances and availability, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund. One-of-a-kind pieces may not be replaceable.
Damage reported after 48 hours or without adequate photographs may be ineligible for resolution.
Handmade variations
Subtle differences in shape, glaze, color, texture, dimensions, and surface detail are inherent to handmade ceramics. Kiln marks, glaze movement, small pinholes, speckling, and other signs of the making and firing process are not necessarily defects. We make every effort to photograph and describe each piece accurately.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider and may take several business days after the refund is issued.
