These Terms of Service govern your use of Peanut Gallery Ceramics and purchases from Peanut Gallery Ceramics. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Peanut Gallery Ceramics, doing business as Peanut Gallery Ceramics.
By visiting our website, submitting an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms, our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website and make a purchase.
2. Handmade products
Our ceramics are individually handmade. Variations in shape, size, glaze, color, texture, surface detail, and dimensions are expected and contribute to the character of each piece.
Product photographs are intended to represent each item as accurately as possible. Colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.
3. Product use and care
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, care instructions, dimensions, and stated limitations before purchasing or using a product.
Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, do not assume that a ceramic item is food-safe, microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe, oven-safe, watertight, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Decorative items, artist tools, planters, candle vessels, and other specialty pieces must be used only for their stated purpose and with appropriate care.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, and other fees may be added at checkout.
Payment must be authorized and completed before an order is accepted. We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel or refund an affected order when necessary.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order because of inventory errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing mistakes, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable business concerns.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. All sales are otherwise final except for damaged, incorrect, materially misrepresented, or legally protected purchases.
7. Shipping
Shipping costs, processing, delivery, damaged packages, and address requirements are governed by our Shipping Policy.
8. Intellectual property
All website content—including photographs, ceramic designs, artwork, illustrations, logos, product names, written copy, and graphics—is owned by or licensed to Peanut Gallery Ceramics unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.
9. Prohibited use
You may not use this website:
• For unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• To violate intellectual-property or privacy rights
• To transmit malicious code
• To interfere with website security or operation
• To scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit store content without permission
• To submit false payment, account, or shipping information
10. Third-party services
Our store may rely on Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that access will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
This section does not exclude any product warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peanut Gallery Ceramics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products.
Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peanut Gallery Ceramics from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
14. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction’s mandatory consumer-protection laws apply.

We may update these Terms periodically. The version posted on the website at the time of use or purchase will apply, subject to applicable law.
